About Us

Hi, I’m Ana — a licensed Atlanta-based Realtor and the founder of VA Flow Co. I know firsthand how overwhelming this business can get, which is why I created a support service by an agent, for agents. Whether you need help behind the scenes, managing contracts, or staying on top of your listings, I offer bilingual (English/Spanish) virtual assistant services, transaction coordination, and flexible à la carte or bundled options — so you can focus on closing deals, not chasing documents.

  • Listing Support - MLS input and management, Listing paperwork prep, Scheduling showings (via ShowingTime, etc.), Flyer design (Canva), Spanish-English listing translations.

  • Admin & Calendar Management - Inbox and calendar cleanup, Appointment scheduling, Client follow-up, Lead entry & CRM updates.

  • Social Media Support - Canva post creation, Captions in English & Spanish, Scheduling posts (Later, Meta, etc.).

  • Transaction Coordination - Open file with all parties (buyer, seller, escrow, title, lender), Track deadlines (inspection, appraisal, financing, etc.), Ensure all documents are signed & submitted, Weekly update emails to clients, Spanish-English communication for client support, Close file organization for compliance.

  • The Ground Work: Includes 10 admin hours. For agents who need a solid foundation of weekly support. Includes: MLS input (counts toward hours), Calendar coordination & showing scheduling, Client email/text follow-ups, Offer & contract prep, Inspection or vendor coordination General admin + listing support. Starting @ $275/month

  • The Glow Up: Includes 20 admin hours. For growing agents who need reliable, high-touch support across multiple deals or listings. Everything in Groundwork, plus: Up to 2 listing uploads/month (MLS input + remarks formatting), Priority task turnaround (within 24–48 hours), Light email/inbox organization weekly, Transaction support (drafting, tracking, coordinating). Starting @ $495/month

  • Transaction Management Only: Start to end transaction support. Starting @ $375/transaction

  • Mini Listing Prep $55 - For light support during pre-listing week. Includes: MLS Input, Lockbox Placement or Removal (within 10-mile radius). Perfect for agents who just need help getting the listing up and accessible. Value $65 — You save $10.

  • Standard Listing Prep $85 - Ideal for launch-week readiness. Includes: MLS Input, Lockbox Placement or Removal, Signage Placement or Pickup, Listing Prep Checklist Review (sign, lockbox, photo readiness). Recommended for agents prepping solo or working across multiple listings. Value $100 — You save $15.

  • Premium Listing Prep $125 - White-glove prep for high-volume or luxury listings. Includes: MLS Input, Lockbox + Signage Placement, Listing Prep Checklist Review, Flyer Drop-Off (to property or office), Vendor Coordination (cleaner, stager, or photographer — 1 vendor max.) Designed to reduce agent overwhelm in the days before going live. Value $150+ — you save $25+.

  • Contract Assist Pack $85 - Quick, clean offer help when you’re short on time. Includes: 1 Contract drafted, 1 Amendment or Addendum, DocuSign prep & send. Value $100 — you save $15.

  • VA Flow Flex Pack $120 - Mix-and-match 5 à la carte tasks of your choice. Use within 30 days. Great for testing support or easing into delegation. Value up to $150 — you save $30.

  • Client Concierge Bundle $90 - Keep your clients informed, happy, and loyal. Includes: 3 follow-up check-ins (email or text), Inspection or calendar coordination, Summary email update to client. Value $105 — you save $15.

Need an extra set of hands around a listing? I offer limited in-person support within a 10-mile radius of Marietta for agents who need help getting their listings market-ready.
Services available on a case-by-case basis and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
💳 Payment Terms:
All à la carte and bundle services are billed in full before work begins.
For hourly or monthly packages, a 50% deposit is required up front to reserve my time. Remaining balance is billed weekly or biweekly depending on service.
